We loved the location of the hotel, which was just in front of the ferries, making it easy to visit other islands. The breakfast buffet was quite good with a nice presentation. The staff, especially the one who spoke English, was very welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the room was clean and more spacious than other Japanese hotels.
Not one thing to complain about, this city had everything we needed!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ishigaki with an excellent location for island visits. The staff at Miyahira were incredibly helpful, especially the English-speaking staff member at the tour desk. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a nice shop with a wide range of goods. we would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

This hotel is conveniently located just in front of the ferry terminal, making it easy to travel to the nearby islands. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially the English-speaking staff member at the reception desk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, larger than what you would typically find in other hotels. The breakfast buffet is quite good and the welcome drinks at the lobby are a nice touch. I had a cosy stay at this venue.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel has a very convenient location just across the ferry terminal, making it easy to hop on a boat for island excursions. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is quite good. the rooms are clean, although not all offer a sea view. There is also a public bath and welcome drinks offered upon arrival.
The hotel lacks a gym and some rooms without sea views are not up to par.

Spent our Xmas at this hotel. the welcome drinks and the public bath were a nice touch. the hotel's location was very convenient as we were able to easily access the nearby ferry terminal and airport shuttle, which made our travel hassle, free. the breakfast was also a highlight with good presentation and tasty dishes.
Although the customer service was okay, it could have been more hospitable. Our no, smoking room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it unpleasant to stay in.

What a great New Year's experience we had! The hotel's proximity to the ferry and bus terminals made it incredibly convenient to explore the town and surrounding islands. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive variety of quality food. We also appreciated the assistance from the friendly and helpful staff at the tour desk. And to top it off, the clean and comfortable room made our stay a delight.
We were a bit let down by the pool, which could have used more cleaning and maintenance. the indoor onsen wasn't memorable and lacked atmosphere.
